Probably the hardest part of making our Charlie Lion pattern is finding the right fur for his mane !

This is one of the best furs I've used for my lions.    It is beautifully soft and gloriously coloured with a pale brown base over 1 inch long and 6cm rich golden brown guard hairs, tipped with dark brown.   It  makes a perfect lion's mane.

Each piece will be cut to size, perfectly to suit our Charlie Lion pattern - enough  for both  his mane and tail  fur.
