Paypal: We use Paypal as our secure payment service. If you have a Paypal account, you may can use this to make your payment.
Debit and Credit Card Payments: We accept payment from all major debit and credit cards through Paypal. You do not need a paypal account to use their system. This is a secure, safe method and all your card details are handled under their secure server. At the Paypal Checkout, please choose the option to use your credit or debit card as payment. You will then be asked for card and billing address details.
Cheque: We can accept payments by cheque. Please choose the "invoice" option at our checkout page and we'll put your items aside for you and email and invoice which you can forward with your cheque
Requesting an Invoice: If you are unsure of postage costs, discounts being applied, or would prefer to send payment by cheque please do request an invoice when you go through checkout. We'll email the invoice out to you and will set your items to one side.
Delivery Methods:
We aim to post all orders within one working day (24 hours) (Monday to Friday). UK orders will be on your doorstep within 2 days. Overseas delivery will depend upon your Country, but should be within 5 - 6 days. If you have any problem with delivery, please email or phone immediately, whether missing or damaged and we will do our very best to avoid any disappointment : )
If you prefer to be invoiced prior to payment, we now have this option available at Checkout. This may be suitable if you are unsure of postage or wish your parcel to be sent by an alternate delivery method. We are always happy to help : )
We take great care that items are sent out in excellent condition but If you have a problem with your item please email or phone before returning it to us in case we can do something to rectify.
Please return items in their original condition wherever possible. Please note that we cannot refund patterns or kits once they have been used, so do check before starting : )

Information we collect (with your permission, of course)
if you sign up to receive our newsletters, we will retain your email address (your name is optional). We do not collect your address or any other personal information. We do not sell, trade of pass on your email address to any other third party.
If you wish to unsubscribe, your email address will be removed from our records and deleted.
Personal and banking details
Paypal are our payment providers and they will access your billing and payment information. You will be taken to their own secure site to make payment and we ourselves do not collect any banking details here at all. Please refer to their own website for their own privacy policies.
