These busy little characters are sure to be a favourite with all. Their pattern includes a tutorial in making both gent and lady mice with pics and tips as usual : ).
They are super for using up any odd remanents of cottons, lace or ribbon that you have collected and could be dressed in any fashion or costume- give your imagination full reign !
Made in felt and oversewn on the outside with jointed arms and emborided features, they are so easy to make you will soon have a whole family of mice! They look super when grouped together and with a little tweaking could be made to reflect seasonal colours : )
If you prefer, you can substitute tiny 2mm black beads for eyes if they are joining an adult collector. A 12 x 9 inch piece of simple craft felt should easily make three mice and they need just a handful of stuffing each : ).
to make one mouse you will need:
Small piece of felt (a 12 x 9 inch craft felt should make three mice)
Embroidery or sewing cotton to match
Small scrap pieces of fabric for clothing
Small pieces of lace, ribbon, felt (anything tiny enough to decorate your mouse:)
