Ned is a fun, loveable puppy with a big smile.  We think he must be part terrier, as he's a little terror  : )    He stands 8  iinches tall (29cm) with jointed head and legs.   His pattern includes a simple, over-large bowtie for your pup and a Ned version suitable for younger children to hug.
