/POSTING
We aim to post out all orders within one working day (24 hours) (Monday to Friday).
UK orders should be on your doorstep within 2 working days. Overseas deliveries will take between 6 - 8 days.
All UK orders are sent by first class post.
All overseas orders are sent by Airmail, International Stnd.
/RETURNS
We take great care that items are sent out in excellent condition but if you do have a problem, please email or phone before returning, in case we can do something to rectify.

Please return items in their original condition (as received) whenever possible.
Please note we cannot refund patterns or kits once they have been used,
Due to the nature of digital items, these cannot be refunded.

/PAYMENTS
PAYPAL :
If you have a Paypal account, you can use this for your purchases. You can also use their own checkout to choose your credit/debit card.

DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS :
We use Stripe to process credit and debit cards.
​
You do not need to have an account with either of the above companies in order to send payment.

/RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Purchases can be returned within 14 days of receipt of your parcel. Items remain the property of the Buyer until received by ourselves.
Please ensure these are returned in their original packaging and in good condition.
Refunds will be sent by return.

EXCEPTIONS: Please note kits and patterns cannot be refunded once used. Due to the nature of digital items, these cannot be refunded.
