We price ourselves in our customer service and over the years have made many good friends from our customers.
All pattern instructions are printed individually here, literally in house, on eco printers, giving each customer individual attention, so if you need any stitching help or have a problem, please get in touch as we are always happy to help.

/ WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
We do not have any plans to supply wholesale. And mass production of items made from any of our patterns is forbidden, in order to protect our indie crafters, sole traders and small businesses.

/ PRIVACY & SAFETY
We do not sell or forward any customer details to third parties. All your payment details are sent through to your chosen bank or credit provider. We do not have access to these ourselves.

Cookies are used if you register on the side in order to give you access to past orders or your account details.

We use SSL encrypted data, as you will see from the locked icon and https in the address bar.
/ PAYMENT METHODS
We accept online payments with credit/debit card or Paypal.

We use both Stripe and Paypal as our payment providers and you can choose to use your credit or debit card through either of these at checkout.
You do not not have to have an account or sign up with either Stripe or Paypal to go through their checkout processs.

At present we are unable to process orders over the 'phone.
