This pattern makes our cheery robot,  a fun, techie companion for children  (and adults  : ), designed by my son Angus.  He stands 11 inches high when completed (27cm), requires no joints or eyes and is child-friendly (please omit his button ears). 
He is fun to make and easy to sew in felts.   Make him in gray tones, or go for colour, like our cheerful chap : )  Pattern includes full instructions and full sized pattern sheets.
